📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 24 Hours business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Orders over $100 AUD qualify for FREE standard shipping Australia-wide.

🌏 International Shipping

  • We currently ship to New Zealand & the USA with the following options:

    • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

    • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by their local government.

🚦 Delays

While we work hard to get your gear to you on time, sometimes shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or high-demand periods (e.g. holidays, sales events). We’ll always keep you updated if we are aware of a delay.

📍 Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package.
